With the Huskies and Seahawks' seasons all but finished, there really isn't much interesting news outside of college basketball.

Gonzaga Men’s Basketball Team: The Bulldogs won the Old Spice Classic, defeating No. 12 Tennessee in the finals. Ranked No. 9, the Zags were lead by Steven Gray with 19 points. Gonzaga will look to make a deep run in the NCAA tournament this year. And in a year without the NBA, Seattle sure would appreciate it. Grade: A

Quincy Pondexter, UW Men’s Basketball Team
: Pondexter showed his potential in a 72-54 Husky victory. He had 16 points and 12 rebounds, playing like the player the Dawgs will need if they want to make it to the NCAA tournament. With Jon Brockman held to just 13 points and 6 rebounds, Pondexter stepped up and led the Huskies to victory. If he is able to keep up this type of performance, Washington will be a team to reckon with in March. Grade: A

Walter Jones, Seattle Seahawks
: The Seahawk’s legendary left tackle showed his mortality in a loss to Dallas. Jones, a man you never notice because he rarely makes mistakes, made a couple big ones in the 34-9 blowout to the Cowboys on Thanksgiving. He gave up two sacks, albeit to the Cowboy’s talented DE DeMarcus Ware. His performance makes you wonder how many years are left in him… do the Seahawks finally need to draft a replacement? Grade: D
