The Storm continue their near perfect season thanks to Sue Bird. Game one of the WNBA Finals will start next Sunday on September 12th against either New York or Atlanta depending on a game that is being played right now.
Via Seattle Times:
"Bird made a tiebreaking 3-pointer with 2.8 seconds left Sunday and the Storm closed out the Western Conference finals with a 91-88 victory over the defending champion Phoenix Mercury, closing the game with a 15-0 run."
